Abhijeet Rattan
Raised in hospitality, he began building & operating venues early supporting launch at nightclub at 21 and scaling it to SEK 4 million in revenue in just two months.
With a corporate tech background and a degree from King’s College London, he now leads AR3 & Partners, bridging hospitality with data, AI, and design to create modern, high-performing guest experiences.
Anmol Rattan
Is a serial entrepreneur and hospitality visionary with 30+ years of experience, including leadership roles at Oberoi Hotels and the development of family-owned hospitality ventures in India and Sweden.
A hotelier by nature, he focuses on building destination-led properties that balance exceptional service, legacy, and long-term value.
